Electrical Gremlins Hamper Hinch On Day 2 Of Practice At IMS
Schmidt Peterson Motorsports James Hinchcliffe’s second day of practice for the 101st running of the Indianapolis 500 presented by PennGrade Motor Oil at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway on Tuesday has been a difficult one for the Mayor of HinchTown.
The Canadian who drives the No.5 Arrow Electronics Honda has been dealing with electrical gremlins and has yet to turn a lap today.
Speaking during practice on Tuesday, Hinch said that the team experienced electrical issues on Monday evening and they have rared their ugly head again on Tuesday. The Canadian said the team are currently switching out all of the electronics on the No.5 Honda.
