It Is So Drastically Different
The Verizon IndyCar Series completed their 2018 aero kit development tests on Tuesday at Sebring International Raceway with six drivers in action.
Chip Ganassi Racing’s Scott Dixon was in the No.9 NTT DATA Honda and speaking to IndyCar following the session, the Iceman said:
We learned a ton today. The most I’ve learnt in a test for quite some time just because it is so drastically different.
Dixon was joined at the test by Team Penske’s Josef Newgarden, Juan Pablo Montoya, who has been conducting the initial tests for the series on behalf of Chevrolet.
Oriol Servia and James Hinchcliffe were in action for Schmidt Peterson Motorsports while Spencer Pigot was in action for Ed Carpenter Racing.
