World champion Lewis Hamilton led the way in the final practice of the 2017 Formula One season at the Yas Marina circuit ahead of Sunday’s Abu Dhabi Grand Prix.

Hamilton set a fastest time of 01.37.627s ending the session just ahead of his Mercedes team mate Valtteri Bottas.

Kimi Raikkonen was third fastest for Ferrari just ahead of his team mate Sebastian Vettel.

Red Bull Racing’s Daniel Ricciardo was 5th fastest just ahead of Max Verstappen. Fernando Alonso was seventh for McLaren Honda just ahead of his team mate Stoffel Vandoorne.

The Renault Sport F1 Team’s Carlos Sainz was ninth while Force India’s Sergio Perez rounded out the top ten.

In his final practice session of his career, Felipe Massa was 11th fastest.

Nico Hulkenberg was 12th just ahead of Force India’s Esteban Ocon. The Haas F1 Team’s Kevin Magnussen was 14th just ahead of his team mate Romain Grosjean.

The Sauber F1 Team’s Pascal Wehrlein was 16th fastest just ahead of Lance Stroll in his Williams.

Toro Rosso’s Pierre Gasly was 18th just ahead of Marcus Ericsson while Brendon Bartley rounded out the order in 20th place.
