Tim Hortons, the famous Canadian coffee chain have begun a wide-spread expansion having opened a number of restaurants in UK.

On Monday 22nd January, the company will open their first restaurant in Indianapolis, Indiana and have recruited a familiar face to help them out on the opening day of business/

The Canadian company have recruited the serves of Verizon IndyCar Series driver ‘the Mayor of HinchTown’ James Hinchcliffe, who is not only a fellow Canuck but he is also an Indianapolis reside.

Hinch will be on hand from noon on Monday to work the Drive-Thru at the new restaurant. The charity event in aid of Glen Chapel Elementary takes place from 11AM to 3PM at 8103 Rockville Road Indianapolis, IN  46214.

The Mayor Of HinchTown took to Twitter to say:

Guys, it’s finally happening. The day is here. is coming to Indy! This is one happy Canuck! So happy that I’m gunna swing by and work the drive thru tomorrow at noon! Come see me and buy some timbits! We’re raising money for charity, too! Win/win! 8301 Rockville Rd.
