Ed Carpenter Racing team owner Ed Carpenter returns to the cock-pit of the No.20 Fuzzy’s Vodka Chevrolet following a weekend off when the Verizon IndyCar Series were in Detroit last weekend.

Carpenter heads to Texas Motor Speedway off the back of a second place finish at the 102nd running of the Indianapolis 500 presented by PennGrade Motor Oil. Speaking ahead of this weekend’s DXC Technology 600 at Texas Motor Speedway this weekend, Carpenter commented by saying:

It is always great to race at Texas Motor Speedway! It’s a track that we have had success at before and we are excited to see if we can do it again. I am ready to keep the momentum going that the Fuzzy’s Vodka team built during the month of May!

Spencer Pigot in the No.21 Fuzzy’s Vodka Chevrolet is looking forward to the DXC Technology 600 saying:

Texas is one of the races I have been looking most forward to this year. I’ve tested there a couple of times, but not yet ran in a race. I am really enjoying being able to race on the ovals this year. We qualified strong at Indianapolis but the race didn’t end how we were hoping, so it’s exciting to get to another high-speed oval so soon afterwards and see what we’ve got!
