Defending Formula One world champion Lewis Hamilton was never going to win the British Grand Prix at Silverstone following his poor start from pole position on Sunday.

The four time world champion acted like a petulant child following the race after he refused to take part in the post race interviews and this is something that as the world champion and also at his home race is poor sportsmanship particularly when his fans pay an arm and a leg to see him race.

It is also a poor display from Hamilton when you consider that young fans look up to him and will think that his behaviour is ok.

In the end, Kimi Raikkonen apologized held his hands up admitted his mistake and was penalized and coupled with that, Hamilton finished the race ahead of the Iceman.
