Scuderia Toro Rosso’s Pierre Gasly believea that the performance that Honda had in qualifying in the wet at Hungarian Grand Prix and again in the race is a positive step forward.

Gasly believes the progress shown in Hungary where he finished in sixth place gives Honda and Toro Rosso a foundation to build on.

Speaking about Honda, Gasly said:

In #Budapest, #Honda did a fantastic job in qualifying in the wet conditions. Then again in the race, we didn’t have any issues at all. It’s promising. It’s the best way to motivate [and] to just give a big boost to everyone.

Gasly also believes that the progress made by Honda is good news for Aston Martin Red Bull Racing who will switch to Honda power next season.
