Texas IndyCar Fans Set For A Treat In 2019

IndyCar Series fans in Texas are in for treat in 2019 as it was announced earlier today that as part of a 17 race schedule, the series will race at the Circuit Of The Americas in Austin in March.

The series will also return to Texas Motor Speedway on June 8th 2019 with the race set to take place at night.

Texas is a massive market for the series with series legend AJ Foyt from Texas and the addition of the Circuit Of The Americas will bring a whole new audience to the IndyCar Series.

The Circuit Of The Americas has hosted Formula One for many years and it is expected that the fans who have attended the F1 race will attend the IndyCar Series here.

Paddock Eye understands that the series will conduct a full field practice sessiom the Thursday of the race weekend just like with Portland last weekend.

The IndyCar event at COTA will take place on March 24th 2019.
