The End Of Era As Verizon Say Goodbye To IndyCar Today

The Verizon IndyCar Series season finale Grand Prix of Sonoma will not only see the crowning of a new champion but also the end of Verizon’s title sponsorship of the series.

Verizon who have been title sponsor to IndyCar since 2014 will remain involved in the series as a sponsor to Team Penske.

Verizon have brought fans closer to the IndyCar Series over the years giving their customers behind the scenes access to the series at races.

President of Hulman and Company, the owner of IndyCar and thr Indianapolis Motor Speedway, Mark Miles said ahead of this weekend’s race that he and series officials will hold a number of meetings with potential partners ocer the course of the race weekend.
