Red Bull Heading To Belfast Next Month

Aston Martin Red Bull Racing are bringing one of their Formula One cars to the streets of Belfast next month.

Former Formula One driver David Coulthard will demonstrate the cars capabilities carrying out burnouts and dohnuts around Belfast City Hall on November 3rd.

The event which is free for the public starts at 8PM.

Speaking about the news, Belfast Lord Mayor, Deirdre Hargey commented saying:

The Red Bull F1 Showrun promises to deliver an unforgettable and deafening spectacle of sound and speed both for fans and newcomers alike, whilst putting the Red Bull Racing F1 car through its paces expertly driven by 13 time GP winner, David Coulthard.

Hargey went on to say:

Back in 2010, the Red Bull Racing team made their inaugural visit to the City, wowing a large and expectant crowd and again we are delighted to welcome this event back to Belfast, which will be open to all, free of charge and a unique opportunity to experience Formula 1 at close quarters.

The Red Bull car will be on display from midday on Saturday.
