WRC To Launch Their 2019 Season At Autosport International
The 2019 FIA World Championship season will be officially launched at the Autosport International at Birmingham’s NEC Arena in January. Following the extremely successful launch of the 2018 season, the WRC returns on the first public day of the show.
M-Sport, Hyundai, Toyota Gazoo Racing and Citroen Racing will all unveil their new cars at the show and will have all of their drivers and team principal’s in attendance at the event.
Speaking about the news, Autosport Editor, Kevin Turner commented by saying:
I am delighted to see the FIA World Rally Championship coming back to Autosport International in January. The response we got from this year’s launch was exceptional – both from the fans and the stakeholders in the series. Next year we’re going to make it bigger and better. Moving the launch to Saturday is fantastic news for the thousands of fans out there who want the chance to come and meet their heroes – and to see the cars in their 2019 liveries for the first time.
