Rahal Looking Strong
Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing’s Graham Rahal who starts today’s Firestone Grand Prix of St Petersburg from tenth place looks well placed for a strong result in the season opener.
Rahal was second fastest in the morning warm up on Sunday behind his team mate Takuma Sato in the No.30 Panasonic Seeman Holtz Honda.
Rahal said following qualifying that the No.15 United Rentals Honda crew are ready to make their way to the front in the race today and their performance in warm up this morning shows that.
Takuma Sato showed this morning that the No.30 Panasonic Seeman Holtz Honda has very good pace and his crew will be hoping that his momentum this morning carries through to the race this afternoon.
The teams performance this morning also shows the benefits of running two cars in the NTT IndyCar Series as they can share set up notes between crews and help move the team forward.
