Sunday’s Chevrolet Detroit Grand Prix presented by Lear, round seven of the 2025 NTT INDYCAR SERIES season, saw a 75% increase in viewership compared to last season.
A total of 1,061,000 watched as Kyle Kirkwood took his second win of the season for Andretti Global. Meanwhile, championship leader Alex Palou retired from the race, which means that Pato O’Ward in second place in the standings has reduced the deficit to Palou to 90 points.
The race peaked at 1,201,000 from 2.30 to 2.45 PM. Sunday’s race was the most-watched Detroit Grand Prix since 2021. Through the first seven races of the 2025 NTT INDYCAR SERIES season, Fox has had 2,173,000 viewers, an increase of 31% from 2024.
