Fox Sports has released the official viewing figures for Sunday’s Children’s of Alabama Indy Grand Prix at Barber Motorsports Park, and it’s good news! 914,00 fans watched defending series champion Alex Palou run away to victory by over 16 seconds from Christian Lundgaard, who was second, a 20% increase from 763,000 in 2024.
The non-Indy 500 event race average increased 7% from 852,000 last year. Sunday’s race peaked at 970,000 viewers from 2.00 to 2.15 PM ET during the opening pit cycle of the 90-lap race.
Through the first four races of the 2025 NTT INDYCAR SERIES season, INDYCAR on Fox viewership has increased by 25% on this period to 889,000 up from 720,000 in 2024.
