The NTT IndyCar Series returned to racing action last month with the 2022 season-opening Firestone Grand Prix presented by RP Funding on the streets of St Petersburg.

Scott McLaughlin in the No.3 DEX Chevrolet unloaded with a fast car, taking his maiden NTT P1 Award while on race day he managed to keep a charging Alex Palou of Chip Ganassi Racing at bay to claim his maiden IndyCar Series race win.
It was a great start to the season for Will Power in the No.12 Verizon 5G Chevrolet as he finished the race in third place giving the team some great momentum heading into the XPEL 375 at Texas Motor Speedway on March 20.
Josef Newgarden will be hoping to bounce back from a tough race in St Pete where he finished 16th. The Tennessee native has been quick here in the past so let’s see what 2022 brings.
