Team Penske’s Josef Newgarden in the No.2 PPG Chevrolet says that he was disappointed with how qualifying for today’s XPEL 375 turned out as the Tennessee-native starts the race from seventh.
Speaking following qualifying, Newgarden said:
Disappointing qualifying as we thought we had a shot at pole but we showed our pace final practice. All the @team_penske cars in the Top 7. Ready to make a push forward tomorrow!
