The 2025 NTT INDYCAR SERIES season kicks off in exactly three weeks from today, Sunday, 9th February, with RP Funding presenting the Firestone Grand Prix of St Petersburg. Fox Sports has taken up the broadcasting rights for the series from NBC, with the Los Angeles organization having spent a lot of money preparing for their debut season as the sole INDYCAR SERIES broadcaster in the United States.
Fox has brought in Will Buxton to lead the coverage, with the veteran motorsport journalist and broadcaster joined in the booth by former INDYCAR SERIES drivers James Hinchcliffe and Townsend Bell.
Super Bowl LIX is on today as the Philidelphia Eagles take on the Kansas City Chiefs in New Orleans, where there is plenty of INDYCAR interest at the event. Fox, which broadcasts the Super Bowl, will have several TV spots for the NTT INDYCAR SERIES during the game.
So, heading into the new season, here is what we know. There is only one full-time drive left, and Dale Coyne Racing has yet to announce who will partner Jacob Abel this season.
