Juncos Hollinger Racing’s Agustin Canapino had a solid Detroit Grand Prix coming from 17th on the grid to finish the race just outside the top ten in 12th place and in doing so put on a really solid display for the Ricardo Juncos and Brad Hollinger, Speedway, IN-based INDYCAR SERIES team and speaking following the race, the Argentinian driver said:
“We finished P12 after a very tricky race. The team did a really good job as we were running in the top 10 most of the day. Unfortunately, I received a pretty big hit from the No. 6 and my car was destroyed. The good thing was is we finished the race in a good situation despite the hit. Now we are looking forward to Road America.”
Romain Grosjean started the race from 14th place and came home in 23rd place and speaking following an extremely disappointing weekend, the Frenchman didn’t have much to say:
“We had a fast car, second fastest lap of the race and then we got wrecked. Not much we can do but regroup and move forward.”
