The Harding Racing team were left disappointed with what they described as a tough night at Texas Motor Speedway on Saturday where Gabby Chaves finished the DXC Technology 600 in 15th place.
Speaking following the race, Harding Racing’s driver coach Al Unser Jr commented saying:
It was a tough night in Texas for us. “We had some tire issues at the beginning of the race, and the balance of the car wasn’t very good. Because of that, we ended up using up the right rear quicker than we thought. Once we got the car right on the second and third stops, we were able to run with all the leaders, except near the end when Scott Dixon was in a world of his own. So congratulations to him and the Ganassi team. Now it’s off to Elkhart.
The team have a well deserved weekend off following four races in fifteen days before the Verizon IndyCar Series returns to the track at Elkhart Lake for the Kohler Grand Prix at Road America.
