Scuderia Toro Rosso’s Alex Albon set the fastest time on the final morning of the opening winter test at the Barcelona Circuit Du Catalunya on Thursday morning.

Albon set a fastest time of 01:17.637s and ended the session just ahead of the Renault F1 Team’s Daniel Ricciardo who set a time of 01:17.785s.

Defending Formula One world champion Lewis Hamilton was third fastest for Mercedes in the W10.

Scuderia Ferrari’s Charles Leclerc was fourth fastest with a time of 01:18.046s.

Alfa Romeo Racing’s Antonio Giovinazzi was fifth fastest with a fastest time of 01:18.511s ending the session just ahead of Rich Energy Haas F1 Team’s Romain Grosjean.

Pierre Gasly was seventh fastest in the Aston Martin Red Bull Racing RB15.

McLaren Renault’s Lando Norris was eighth fastest just ahead of SportPesa Racing Point F1 Team’s Lance Stroll while Robert Kubica rounded out the order for Rokit Williams Racing who set a fastest time of 01:21.542s.
