Sauber Motorsport announced on Wednesday that they have signed a multi-year contract extension with Italian car manufacturer Alfa Romeo which began in 2018. The new agreement will see the partnership assessed every year and the two parties will continue to work together on projects.

The Formula One team will continue to be known as the Alfa Romeo Racing ORLEN Formula One Team. Speaking about the news, Jean-Philippe Imparato, CEO Alfa Romeo:

Furthermore, Motorsport brings the incomparable global exposure we wish to leverage for a successful future.”
