Juncos Hollinger Racing announced on Tuesday at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway that West Coast-based convenience store ampm has joined the team to serve as Conor Daly’s primary sponsor for next weekend’s 109th running of the Indianapolis 500 presented by Gainbridge.
ampm will also serve as Conor’s primary sponsor for the back-to-back races at WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca at the end of July and the BitNile.com Grand Prix of Portland on August 10.
Speaking about the new partnership with ampm, Conor Daly, who has a special tribute helmet to Wilbur Shaw for the Greatest Spectacle In Racing said:
“Seeing the excitement from everyone at ampm involved in this program for the Indianapolis 500 is just awesome for me and the JHR team. “The Indy 500 is the greatest race in the world, and to be back in Gasoline Alley with such a recognizable brand like ampm is really special. I can’t wait to go racing in the ampm colors here and at other events later in the season.”
