Andretti Autosport heads into this weekend’s Honda Indy 200 at the Mid-Ohio Sportscar course presented by HPD Ridgeline, aiming for a repeat sweep like last year when Colton Herta led home Andretti Autosport 1,2,3 in race 2. Speaking ahead of the race this weekend, Herta in the No.26 Gainbridge Honda commented saying:

“I’m really looking forward to getting to Mid-Ohio this weekend. It’s a track that I love and it’s a really good race track for Indy cars. They always put on a good show there. It’s going to be an amazing weekend. I’m sure it’ll be hectic and there will be a ton of people there, so I can’t wait for that.”

Alexander Rossi is looking forward to this weekend’s race in the No.27 NAPA Auto Parts/AutoNation Honda and speaking ahead of the race, the 2018 Mid-Ohio race winner commented saying:

“Getting to race on the Fourth of July is probably the most American thing we can do and I’m pretty excited to be at Mid-Ohio with the paddock back open and fans there. The track has always been really good to us in the past, so hopefully we can have a trouble-free weekend. The weather looks great. We will do our to best to bring home a good result for the No. 27 NAPA AUTO PARTS team.”

Ryan Hunter Reay in the No.28 DHL Honda is looking forward to this weekend’s race following a strong outing here last season saying;

“We had a strong race weekend last year at Mid-Ohio with the DHL Honda coming away with two top-five finishes, including a podium. We’re just focused this weekend on repeating the form we showed last year with the Andretti sweep of the podium.”

James Hinchcliffe in the No.29 #ShiftToGreen Honda is looking forward to this weekend’s race where he is hoping for a strong result saying;

“Mid-Ohio was obviously a strong event for the Andretti team last year, so we are really hoping we can pick up where we left off and bring home a big result for Capstone and Honda. This is a big race for Honda and I’m really looking forward to getting the Capstone Honda back on track this weekend.”
