Chip Ganassi Racing’s Marcus Armstrong in the No.11 Ridgeline Lubricants Honda says that it stinks after he was forced to retire from the 2024 NTT INDYCAR SERIES season-opening Firestone Grand Prix of St Petersburg presented by RP Funding.

Armstrong started the race from 10th place and was battling with his teammate Scott Dixon who was just behind him when he hit the wall.

Armstrong confirmed that he was in fuel save mode and broke at the same time as he had in the previous lap bit it didn’t work out.
