Chip Ganassi Racing announced on Monday that NTT IndyCar Series rookie Marcus Armstrong would compete in the No.11 Ridgeline Lubricants Honda for select road and street course races over the course of the 2023 season.

Armstrong will be on track over the course of the two-day test at the Thermal Club, Thermal, California where he will be one of four rookies in the field,
The New Zealander will share the No.11 Honda with two-time Indianapolis 500 winner Takuma Sato who will race the oval events. Scott Dixon is in the No.9 PNC Bank Honda. Marcus Ericsson is in the No.8 Huski Chocolate Honda and Alex Palou in the No.10 American Legion Honda.
