McLaren Racing CEO Zak Brown has confirmed that Arrow McLaren and Andretti Autosport have opened talks about Arrow McLaren purchasing Andretti Autosport’s race shop following Andretti’s move to their new shop in 2025.
Arrow McLaren announced plans for a new race HQ last year however, speaking to the media at the Acura Grand Prix of Long Beach ahead of this weekend’s race, Brown confirmed that talks have begun with Michael Andretti’s team about moving into their race shop which would allow Arrow McLaren to expand to a four-car team full-time.
Brown confirmed on Friday that the team are looking at the possibility of running a fourth car full-time next season.Arrow McLaren have continued their strong start to the weekend as Pato O’Ward stayed fastest on Saturday morning.
