The Indianapolis Motor Speedway announced on Friday that Big Machine Vodka Spiked Coolers has been named as the primary sponsor to August’s NTT IndyCar Series race on the Indianapolis Motor Speedway road course on August 14.

Speaking about the announcement, President of the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, J Douglas Boles commented saying:

“Big Machine’s enthusiasm for IMS, INDYCAR and motorsports is incredible. “Scott Borchetta and his team have been such engaged, dynamic partners over the last decade, and this title sponsorship of the NTT INDYCAR SERIES road race during Brickyard Weekend takes that to a new level. We’re so grateful for our loyal friends at Big Machine, and their support will help us to elevate this exciting triple-header race weekend even higher.”

This is the second NTT IndyCar Series event to be sponsored by Big Machine as the inaugural Music City Grand Prix on the Streets of Nashville be the the Big Machine Music City Grand Prix and takes place the week before the event at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
