The Big Machine Label Group, the entitlement sponsor of the season-ending Nashville INDYCAR race announced on Wednesday that starting this season and going forward in the future that the race will be known as the Borchetta Bourbon Music City Grand Prix.
Tickets for the race which takes place on August 31 go on sale today, starting at $70 for the weekend.
Speaking about the new name and the weekend, Scott Borchetta said:
We’re doubling down on everything that makes this race weekend iconic – fast cars, bold flavors, and unforgettable music. “It’s only fitting that the name of the race reflects the passion and innovation we bring to both racing and bourbon. The Borchetta Bourbon Music City Grand Prix will be the most exciting finale in motorsports, as we crown the series champions in our hometown.”
