Mercedes AMG Petronas F1 Team Principal and CEO Toto Wolff says that Valtteri Bottas and Lewis Hamilton will be free to race each other in the two Grand Prix of the year in Brazil this weekend and at the season finale Abu Dhabi Grand Prix.

Bottas has played an instrumental role in Hamilton securing his fifth World championship.

Bottas moved over while leading the Russian Grand Prix to allow Hamilton to take the win.

Speaking to Sky Sports F1, Wolff said that there is a god relationship between his drivers and that there are no politics within the team and in the driver debriefings they just get on with it.

Mercedes head into Sunday’s race with a 55 point lead in the race for the Constructors championship.
