Indianapolis 500 pole sitter and runner up Ed Carpenter was in New York on Tuesday as he rang the opening bell for the Nasdaq.

Carpenter led the race five times for 43 laps and recorded he strongest finish in the Indianapolis 500.

Carpenter will now step aside from the No.20 Fuzzy’s Vodka Chevrolet for this weekend’s double header in Detroit with Jordan King returning to the cockpit alongside Spencer Pigot.
