Harding Racing have officially announced that they will race in the Verizon IndyCar Series full-time with Gabby Chaves in 2018.
Speaking to Paddock Eye during a Verizon IndyCar Series teleconference on Friday, Chaves said that he was most looking forward to competing in the Toyota Grand Prix of Long Beach.
The Colombian also confirmed that he is excited about getting back to racing on street and road courses this year.
Harding Racing competed in a select schedule during the 2017 season at the Indianapolis 500 presented by PennGrade Motor Oil, event at Texas Motor Speedway and at Pocono Raceway.
Team president Brian Barnhart who moved to the team from his role as Verizon IndyCar Series race director said that he believes that the outfit may have an advantage over their fellow new teams but that they start from zero with the introduction of the universal aero-kit.
