Chevrolet announced on Monday that they have suspended their personal sponsorship of Chip Ganassi Racing’s Kyle Larson following his language during Sunday’s iRacing event in Monza.
In a statement released on Monday, the Detroit based manufacturer said:
Chevrolet has suspended its relationship with Kyle Larson indefinitely, as we do not tolerate this behavior. We will continue to monitor the events surrounding Mr. Larson & are prepared to take additional action.
Chevrolet’s statement came after Larson was suspended without pay from Chip Ganassi Racing and also suspended indefinitely by NASCAR.
Chevrolet’s statement comes in the wake of Credit One Bank’s statement condemning Larson’s language.
