Former AJ Foyt Racing driver Conor Daly says he is considering all of his options for the 2018 season as his hopes of securing a full-time drive in the Verizon IndyCar Series appear to be dwindling.

Dale Coyne Racing are the only team on the grid that have a full-time drive available alongside Sebastien Bourdais.

Daly has confirmed that he is now looking at a possible move to NASCAR is a return to the Verizon IndyCar Series doesn’t materialise. Daly returned to AJ Foyt Racing in 2017 but endured a tough season as the team made the transition from Honda to Chevrolet power and as a result Foyt decided to let both Daly and team mate Carlos Munoz go and were replaced by series veteran Tony Kanaan while Matheus Leist.
