The NASCAR Cup Series has confirmed that Sunday’s 2024 season-opening Daytona 500 at Daytona International Speedway will reach over 550 million race fans worldwide as it will be aired in 185 countries across the globe.

Seven-time NASCAR Cup Series champion Jimmie Johnson will compete in his 21st Daytona 500 in the No.84 Carvana Toyota XSE. Speaking about the news, Nick Skipper, NASCAR managing director of media strategy commented saying:
