New INDY NXT presented by Firestone driver Hailie Deegan completed 67 laps as she made her test debut with HMD Motorsports at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway on Friday.
The Chris Griffis Memorial test took play on the Indianapolis Motor Speedway road course and it was the first time that Deegan had the opportunity to test the Dallara chassis having been confirmed as one of HMD Motorsports 2025 drivers earlier in the week.
In the morning session, Deegan set a 01:21.9643s however, in the afternoon she shaved three seconds off her original time with a 01:18.9038s.
The 2025 INDY NXT by Firestone season starts Sunday, March 2 on the streets of St. Petersburg, Florida.
