Verizon IndyCar Series team Andretti Autosport confirmed on Tuesday that they have formed a partnership with DigiPen Institute of Technology and their Research and Development arm.
DigiPen join the Indianapolis based outfit as technology partner giving Andretti Autosport unique access to custom developed tools and technology needed to meet the challenges of event strategy and performance. Speaking about the partnership, Andretti Autosport CEO Michael Andretti commented by saying:
We are really pleased to have DigiPen on board again for the 2016 season, DigiPen’s custom software solutions provide us with tools that help drive competition and success.
Christopher Comair, Director of Business Operations at DigiPen (USA) Corp commented saying:

Andretti Autosport field four full time cars in the Verizon IndyCar Series with Ryan Hunter Reay, Marco Andretti, Alexander Rossi and Carlos Munoz.
The next race of the championship, round 2 takes places on April 2 at the Phoenix International Raceway for the Grand Prix of Phoenix.
