Scott Dixon driver of the No.9 PNC Bank Chip Ganassi Racing Honda heads into this weekend’s Acura Grand Prix of Long Beach thirdvin the championship.
The Iceman has had a solid start to his 2025 NTT INDYCAR SERIES season with a second in the Firestone Grand Prix of St Petersburg presented by RP Funding and a tenth place finish in Thermal.
The Iceman heads to the iconic Acura Grand Prix of Long Beach as the defending race winner but all eyes are on his teammate Alex Palou is aiming to become the driver since 2020 to win the opening three races of the season.
Dixon recently said that it will be difficult for him to reach AJ Foyt’s 67 win tally given that a driver is lucky to win multiple races in a season given how competitive the series is.
Dixon sat down with INDYCAR’s Dave Furst to preview the race in Long Beach on Sunday.

Should Dixon end Sunday’s race in the top ten it will be 300th career top ten finish.
