Chip Ganassi Racing’s six-time NTT INDYCAR SERIES champion Scott Dixon in the No.9 PNC Bank Honda says that this sucks after the Iceman qualified in 23rd place for Sunday’s Sonsio Grand Prix of Road America.
Speaking following the opening qualifying group, Dixon told NBC Sports that it sucks. Ganassi had to change Dixon’s chassis due to an issue with the tub following his accident with Will Power this morning.
Dixon set a time of 01:42.2745s and will have his work cut out for him in the race on Sunday but has a warm up on Sunday to dial in the car.
