Six-time NTT INDYCAR SERIES champion Scott Dixon, who drives the No.9 PNC Bank Chip Ganassi Racing Honda says that Saturday’s 2024 12 Hours of Sebring was a lot of fun.

Dixon, in the No.1 Cadillac V-Series.R came home in second place alongside his teammate’s Sébastien Bourdais and Renger van der Zande and speaking following the race he said:

“It was a lot of fun. It was definitely an up and down race. We had an electronic issue that we were trying to debug. We got that sorted after falling back and clawed our way back up to second and then took the lead. The car had good speed. You never know; you always think you’re in this race and it can change quickly. You’re never out of it until you’re out of it. I’m glad Pipo (Derani) is okay; that is a testament to the safety of these cars.”

Dixon’s focus now switches back to the NTT INDYCAR SERIES where next weekend they head to The Thermal Club in California for the non-point $1 million Challenge.

The next event for IMSA is the Acura Grand Prix of Long Beach next month.
