Defending NTT IndyCar Series champion Scott Dixon in the No.9 PNC Bank Chip Ganassi Racing Honda will have it all to do in Saturday’s Big Machine Spiked Coolers Grand Prix of Indianapolis as he will start the race from the back of the grid.
The Iceman said following the action thst they weren’t able to get the setup to their liking for qualifying and they tried some things. The car felt good but that was not fast enough.
Dixon was also handed a penalty for causing a caution after spinning on track.
The result is not ideal as his teammate and championship leader Alex Palou got into the fast 12.
