Chip Ganassi Racing’s Scott Dixon in the No.9 PNC Bank Honda, who currently sits second in qualifying for the Greatest Spectacle In Racing with a four-lap average of 232.659MPH, spoke to Paddock Eye about his saying:
It was ok. We were fairly conservative out there. That’s why it is pretty calm going out to be honest. We didn’t want to go too crazy. Conditions are pretty tricky and can catch you out pretty quickly as we have seen. Glad to see everyone getting out of the cars and walking away. A bit of an issue right now, Timing is tough man, it is really hard to recover from that. The scenario with the 66. I am glad Marcus is ok. That’s even a long day to try and get back out there. We will see what Colton and Andretti can get going on out there.
It was ok, it wasn’t great, it wasn’t bad it was ok.
