Charlie Kimball in the No.23 Tresiba ® Chevrolet for Carlin Racing was 13th fastest just ahead of Spencer Pigot in the No.21 Fuzzy’s Vodka Chevrolet for Ed Carpenter Racing.

Jack Harvey in the No.60 AutoNation Sirius XM Honda for Meyer Shank Racing with SPM was 15th just ahead of his team mate James Hinchcliffe in the No.5 Arrow Electronics Honda.

Jordan King in the No.20 Fuzzy’s Vodka Chevrolet was 17th for Ed Carpenter Racing just ahead of Pietro Fittipaldi in the No.19 Paysafe Honda.

Max Chilton in the No.59 Gallagher Chevrolet was 21st just ahead of Patricio O’Ward in the No.8 Chevrolet for Harding Racing while his team mate Colton Herta in the No.88 Harding Group Chevrolet was 22nd.

Tony Kanaan in the No.14 ABC Supply Chevrolet for AJ Foyt Racing was 23rd just ahead of his team mate Matheus Matt Leist in the No.4 ABC Supply Chevrolet.

Sebastien Bourdais in the No.18 Team SealMaster Honda rounded out the order for Dale Coyne with Vasser Sullivan Racing following a mechanical issue.
