Grace Autosport Team Principal Beth Paretta has confirmed that her outfit are ready to go for the Indianapolis 500 presented by PennGrade Oil, the only thing they need is a car.
The all female team who will be on the grid for the 100th running of the Indianapolis 500 at the end of the month have a deal win place with their engine supplier and all their sponsors and team personnel are in place and ready to go.
As their rivals get ready for Saturday’s Angie’s List Grand Prix of Indianapolis at Indianapolis Motor Speedway Grace continue to work behind the scenes to find a chassis for their driver Katherine Legge. Speaking to Paddock Eye earlier this year Paretta confirmed that the team were looking at potentially doing other races as well as the Indianapolis 500.
Setting up a team for an entry in the IndyCar Series and the Indianapolis 500 doesn’t happen over night and takes time but they have the expertise at Grace Autosport that they need to pull off the project and for it to be successful.
