Firestone Racing will bring more than 800 sets of their PRIMARY tire to Iowa Speedway for this weekend’s Verizon IndyCar Series Iowa Corn 300 race, round 11 of the 2017 season.

Each entry will receive ten sets of the PRIMARY tire over the course of the event. Speaking about this weekend’s race, Chief Engineer for Bridgestone Americas Motorsports and Firestone Racing confirmed that the company is using the same tire construction used at last year’s race at Iowa, Adams commented by saying:

This year’s Iowa race tire uses the same constructions on all four positions as 2016. “The compounds on the right side tires are also the same as what was run at Iowa last year with the left side featuring the 2017 Indianapolis specifications.
