John Force Racing owner and driver the Peak Chevrolet is hoping to run for victory on Sunday in Englishtown following a tough event last time out in Epping.
Force heads into Sunday’s action having qualified No.12 for the NHRA Summmernationals at Old Bridge Township Raceway Park. Force has every confidence in his team and speaking following Saturday’s run, Force who drives the PEAK Coolant and Motor Oil Chevrolet commented by saying:
We’re working our way through it, and we know we’ll fix it. “It’s just a matter of time. We’ll be ready by the time we get to Indy before the Countdown.
Force is a 16 time Funny Car champion and is aiming to win his 17th championship and he went on to say:
It seems like every week, all my other hot rods are running low ET, and we’re still struggling. “It’s not for trying, it’s not a lack of money.
Force conducted a test in Indianapolis prior to the last race in Epping and speaking about the test he commented by saying:
We tested and ran the quickest we ever ran, but we went to Epping and struggled there. “We came here, and we’re struggling again.
