The Sahara Force India Formula One Team announced on Friday that they have extended their partnership with NEC Mexico into the 2016 Formula One season.

NEC will remain as the team’s premium ICT partner for this season and this continued partnership will the NEC logo appear on the engine cover of the VJM09 and the overalls of the drivers as well as on team clothing and on Nico Hulkenberg and Sergio Perez’s helmets.

Speaking about the continuation of their relationship, Sahara Force India Formula One Team Principal and Managing Director Dr Vijay Mallya commented by saying:

The Formula One environment is full of high technology and we share NEC’s passion for pushing the boundaries with innovative technology solutions. Executive Vice President of NEC Corporation, Takayuki Morita commented on the partnership saying:
