NTT INDYCAR SERIES rookie Louis Foster in the No.45 Droplight Desnuda Tequila Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing Honda is an INDYCAR SERIES pole winner after setting a fastest time of 01:44.514s at Road America.

Championship leader Alex Palou in the No.10 SOLO Chip Ganassi Racing Honda starts alongside Foster on the front row.

Despite and MGU K issue, Kyle Kirkwood who has win the last two races of the season starts the race third for Andretti Global just ahead of Team Penske’s Scott McLaughlin in the No.3 XPEL Chevrolet.

Graham Rahal in the No.15 Hendrickson Honda rounds out the Firestone Fast Six.

AJ Foyt Racing’s David Malukas in the No.4 Clarience Technologies Chevrolet starts seventh just ahead of Team Penske’s Will Power and PREMA Racing’s Callum Ilott.

Josef Newgarden in the No.2 PPG Team Penske Chevrolet rounds out the top ten just ahead of Pato O’Ward and Felix Rosenqvist.

Speaking following the action Rosenqvist said:

“I messed up my lap in the carousel and got loose. Unfortunately you lose a lot if you make a mistake there. It was pretty loose in the end and I just couldn’t put it together. It’s unfortunately because I think we have some pretty good speed. I think we’re good for tomorrow, luckily it’s a track where you can pass.”

Nolan Siegel starts the race from 13th just ahead of Marcus Ericsson and Marcus Armstrong.

Colton Herta had a tough session as he starts 16th just ahead of Robert Shwartzman and Santino Ferrucci. Devlin DeFrancesco starts 19th just ahead of Christian Rasmussen who rounds out the top twenty.

Conor Daly starts the race from 21st just ahead of Rinus VeeKay and Kyffin Simpson while Alexander Rossi starts 24th.

Chip Ganassi Racing’s Scott Dixon in the No.9 PNC Bank Honda starts 25th after being penalized for impeding Devlin DeFrancesco.

Sting Ray Robb and Jacob Abel round out the order.
