AJ Foyt Racing Team President Larry Foyt says that moving the rest of their team from Texas to their race shop in Speedway, Indiana is just a natural progression following a phenomenal season for Santino Ferrucci.
Speaking during a interview with RACER.com before the Christmas break, Foyt said that AJ backed the move to consolidate the team under one roof.
Santino Ferrucci who will compete for the team once again in 2025 ended last season inside the top ten in the championship really helped make the decision for the team to consolidate.
Foyt said that the first team to move up to Speedway was the gearbox department.
The team also has a new driver in David Malukas who joins Santino Ferrucci for the 2025 NTT INDYCAR SERIES.
The 2025 NTT INDYCAR SERIES season gets underway with the Firestone Grand Prix of St Petersburg presented by RP Funding from February 28 to March 2.
