Alfa Romeo Racing ORLEN Formula One Team’s Kimi Raikkonen says that his teammate Antonio Giovinazzi absolutely deserves a drive in Formula One after the Italian lost his drive with the Swiss-based team for 2022.
Speaking on Thursday ahead of this weekend’s Qatar Grand Prix the Iceman said that he has known Giovinazzi since his Ferrari days and that he is good guy.
Raikkonen fully expects that Giovinazzi who raced alongside him at the Alfa Romeo Racing ORLEN Formula One Team for the past three seasons will return to the sport in the future.
Alfa Romeo Racing ORLEN will have an all-new line up in 2022 with Valtteri Bottas and Guanya Zhou who will make his Grand Prix debut in 2022.
