The Haas F1 Team’s Esteban Gutierrez has confirmed that he has given the American outfit two weeks in which to sort out a contract for next season.
Speaking ahead of his home Grand Prix this weekend, Gutierrez said that he is not only talking to Haas about next season but he has has other options within Formula One. The Sahara Force India Formula One Team have a seat available with Nico Hulkenberg leaving to go join the Renault Sport F1 Team.
The Mexican has endured a tough return to Formula One with the Haas F1 Team this season and has yet to score points in 2016.
In relation to 2017, Gutierrez said things are looking good and he hopes to have a deal in place by the Brazilian Grand Prix in two weeks in Sao Paulo.
